Regent Health Primary Care Network serves the Regent’s Canal and Paddington areas and is made up of eight General Practices. The PCN’s Clinical Director, Dr Rishi Chopra, is the Chair of Healthcare Central London.
South Westminster Primary Care Network is the largest PCN in London and supports around 86,000 patients across eight General Practices. Three representatives of this PCN are on the Healthcare Central London board.
St Johns Wood & Maida Vale Primary Care Network is made up of seven General Practices. The PCN’s Clinical Director, Dr Saul Kaufman, is the Vice Chair of Healthcare Central London.
West End and Marylebone Primary Care Network supports more than 40,000 patients across nine General Practices. Two representatives of this PCN are on the Healthcare Central London board.
Formed in 2006, Central London Healthcare (CLH) is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that aims to improve health and wellbeing in Westminster. Owned and run by local Primary Care clinicians on a not-for-profit basis, its primary focus is on training and research that supports its member PCNs and their patients.

One Westminster supports more than 200 Westminster voluntary and community organisations to deliver their services by providing funding, governance, partnership and other relevant information and advice. It also manages social prescribing services in Westminster, in partnership with local NHS Primary Care and Mental Health services.

Paddington Development Trust partners with HCL on its Community Health and Wellbeing Worker (CHWW) project. The programme involves CHWWs visiting households within defined areas and ensuring they receive tailored and holistic health and wellbeing support where needed.

The Abbey Community (TAC) Association is a charity established to support the communities of south Westminster, central London, to improve their quality of life. TAC partners with HCL on its Community Health and Wellbeing Worker (CHWW) project alongside Paddington Development Trust.

Paddington Life Sciences improves health and reduces inequalities by connecting communities, researchers and industry, centered around St Mary’s Hospital, to bring health innovation to life. In November 2023, HCL joined Paddington Life Sciences as a partner.
