Tips for easier screening

  1. Longer Appointments: Consider asking for a longer appointment to have more time for questions.
  2. Bring a Trusted Person: Having someone you trust with you during the appointment can provide support.
  3. Smaller Speculum: Request a smaller speculum if it’s more comfortable for you.
  4. Wear a Skirt or Dress: You can keep it on during the screening to feel more covered.
  5. Talk to Your Nurse: If you need support or have questions, your nurse can assist you.
