If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join us at the West End and Marylebone Primary Care Network Health Fair!

If you are a patient at any of the following Practices, we’d love to see you at our health fair on Wednesday, May 14th between 3pm and 5pm:

The event is at St Anne’s Church, 55 Dean Street, London W1D 6AF

No registration is needed and you can pop in at any time.

Arabic, Cantonese, Bengali and Romanian language support and light refreshments will be available.
