NWL Enhanced Services Single Offer contract
HCL’s Enhanced Access hub and Respiratory and Spirometry hublets mean that patients are able to see clinicians in the evenings and at weekends.

Primary Care Network (PCN) development
By supporting HCL’s four PCNs with administration, learning and development, recruitment and other services, they can focus on providing the best possible care to patients.

Referral Management Service and Single Point of Access (SPA)
Local residents who are registered with HCL’s member Practices can access our Community Cardiology Service, Community Dermatology Service and Secondary Care Referral Service.
