This service offers care close to home for cardiology patients.

Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)
We recruit Primary Care roles funded by the ARRS, including Care Coordinators, Dietitians and Paramedics, to help HCL’s member Practices build multidisciplinary teams.

Primary Care Network (PCN) development
By supporting HCL’s four PCNs with administration, learning and development, recruitment and other services, they can focus on providing the best possible care to patients.

Federation-managed projects and pilots
These HCL projects aim to solve healthcare problems in new and innovative ways.
