We take listening to the patient voice very seriously here at HCL.

Via our patient engagement team and our pan-Westminster Patient Participation Group, we regularly build and adapt our services on what we hear via these discussions.

Right now, we’re looking for all of our patients, across our four Primary Care Networks, to spare us five minutes to feedback on their care.

If you attend one of our 30 member Practices, we’d really value your thoughts.

To make it easy and accessible for everyone, the survey is available in multiple languages and in an Easy Read format. Patients can also request a paper copy from reception at their GP Practice.
