We’re offering patients registered at any of our 32 General Practices the opportunity to receive a free blood pressure monitor. Find out more about our Member Practices here.

Digital health brand, Aktiia, is providing the devices.

Who can get one? And how?

You may be eligible for a free Aktiia device if you have hypertension and have recently submitted a blood pressure reading to your GP.

If you are eligible, please email hcl.trials@nhs.net with your NHS number and the name of your GP practice.

Information about this giveaway

Readings from the device can be shared with your GP as part of your regular monitoring.
