Patient Access Survey

News

14 Oct 2024

Please help us improve care and services by completing a short survey!

What is it?

This survey is about finding out how easy or hard it is to talk to or visit your doctor. The survey should take around 4 minutes to fill in and is for patients 14 years old and over.

We want to know what it’s like for you to make appointments, talk to the staff (like receptionists, doctors, or nurses), and hear what changes could make things better or easier for you.

The questions will ask things like:

  • Is it easy to call or use an app on your phone?
  • Can you get an appointment when you need one?
  • Do you like seeing the same doctor each time, or does it not matter if you see different people?

Your answers will stay private, and they will help us figure out what needs to be improved. It’s really important to know how patients feel, so we can make changes that help everyone.

You have until Sunday 3rd November to do the survey.

How can I do it?

There are a number of ways to complete the survey:

  • Do it online via the link to your GP Practice below
  • Get a paper copy from your GP Practice reception
  • Call us on 020 7535 8333 – Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
  • If you require a large print version or the survey in another language (Arabic, Chinese and Bengali), please contact us via hcl.corporate@nhs.net

There will also be face-to-face and online meetings where you can share more experiences and ideas if you want to. The dates and times for those meetings will be posted on the website.
